Association begins job search after candidate declined the position Holmen Stinton The National Association of Realtors has an unexpected job opening. The $157 million-revenue association will soon begin a search for a new general counsel after the person who had been picked for the job, NAR Associate General Counsel Ralph Holmen, decided he was happy where he was. It will be the first time in decades that NAR has had to search outside its ranks for someone to fill the position.
